Mary's Story
Hello all!
Gosh, I am so glad I found this site. I remember Tecumseh fondly, and have so many memories of my years at St. Elizabeth's dating back to the first grade with Sister Ann Xavier, through seventh grade with Sister Maureen Therese. Our family moved from Tecumseh during the summer of 1963, to Port Clinton, OH, and moved again before school started in September to Greenville, SC. Since that time, I have lived in Sheboygan, WI; High Point, NC; back to Greenville, SC; Chattanooga, TN; Woodstock, GA; Calhoun, GA; Signal Mountain, TN; Ooltewah, TN; Harrison, TN; Soddy-Daisy, TN; and currently reside in Hixson, TN.
You may or may not remember that I have two older sisters, Sharon, who after leaving St. Elizabeth's in 1962, attended Tecumseh High, and Marcia, who finished 8th grade in June of 1963. Sharon resides in Greenville, SC, and Marcia lives in Duncan, SC.

erhaps the most exciting being working for a regional organization that represented the distributors who bought their power from the Tennessee Valley Authority. As the Administrative Assistant/Meetings Convention Coordinator, I had the privilege of traveling throughout the Southeast, with some exciting side trips to Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Jekyll Island, GA; Gulf Shores, AL, and Hawaii, prior to "retiring," to raising my only child, David, whom we adopted in 1983, at the age of 6 weeks. David proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 2002 through 2007, at which time he was medically retired due to a TBI. He'll be 30 this October, and just recently became engaged to a lovely girl who has 2 beautiful children, ages 8 and 10.
It is my understanding that the Class of 1964 is planning on having a 50 year reunion next year, and hope to see all of you at that time.
