Life I'm a single mom of a Senior at Scecina. WOW a Senior! Are we getting old? I sure feel like it!! My son is the kicker for the varsity football team and plays on the varsity soccer team. He has also been on the track team and the golf team. We like to travel, and want to go on another cruise. We love to snorkel. We've been to Ireland twice, and I'd love to go to Scotland someday (trace some of our family tree). In my free time I'm usually at the football field or the soccer field (helping Marty practice kicking). We've been attending kicking camps and kicking competitions, hoping that Marty can get a scholoarship for football. He is ranked 4th in the Nation on the prokicker.com website. My life currently revolves around my son first and my work second. Like I said, my son goes to Scecina just like I did. Some of the teachers that taught us are still there. He is now in Mr. Steinmetz's AP Biology class. Miss Nichols (Spanish teacher) just retired. He's had Miss Bevan for two classes, keyboarding class(not typing class) and Microsoft Word. My son's soccer and football teams both won the Indiana Crossroads Conference. The soccer team also won a tournament that was held during the Irish Fest. They actually won both the Conference and the Irish Fest in the same day. ...Expand for more
