y brother, Ronnie was born when I was 8 years old. We were very close.
I Went to Oakdale Baptist Church, took piano lessons from Sue Lamb Whatley who was the organist and choir director. Graduated from Murphy High School in May, went to work at Brookley AFB in Sep. Went to visit a friend of mine and while I was there her friend Ken Davis. a sailor stationed in Pensacola, came by. He went back to Saufley Fld and told his friend that he had met a girl he wanted him to meet. That was Jerry. We were married in Oakdale Baptist Church by Bro. Ferguson. Seven years later our daughter, Jill came along and then 4 year later Steve was born.
Through all of the ups and downs, I know that God has been and always will be with me.".
