After College, I attended culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America. 2 years later, I found myself cooking at the Four Seasons in Philadelpia for the experience. Poor and hungry, I moved back with my parents and worked at the Hyatt in Princeton. I moved up quickly to executive sous chef. In 1995, I found the right person who could put up with me and got married. We bought a house in Trenton and lived there for 4 years. In 2000, Christine and I moved to Burlington, NJ. I began working at the Philadelphia Hyatt, as the executive sous chef. Over the past 9 years, I have 2 wonderful kids- Jacob and Jonah. There were ample opportunities for me to move in my career but I truely believe that family is an important part of my kids life as it is in mine.
