Matthew's Story
Life
11-30-68 I was born, blah, blah, blah, etc., etc., etc., dropped out of college to move to LA and be a rock star, "crazy man". After a long interview process, obtained a postion as apprentice painter on a construction crew. Quickly learned to understand a mexican accent and spainglish, not easy if your from Ohio. Apparently I had an Ohio accent. I now have my own painting business. I've played a lot of music in LA from original rock/pop, blues & R&B, to gospel. I've had many close calls to hitting it big but it hasn't happened yet. After living in LA for a few months, I found out from a new "friend" that I would soon be a father. My son Brandon was born 12-3-89. He is wonderful and I'm very proud of him. on Sept 26,1999 I became married for the first time. I married Rhonda from Atlanta whom actually, I had only dated for a total of a few months but I knew when I met her that she was the one. Rhonda & I rent a nice little place in Santa Monica CA and hope to become homeowners before to long. It's so f***'n exspensive. My son visits 3 times a year and in the summer we spend 2 weeks in Ohio visiting my Mom & Sister. Well, that's it. Peace & Love to you all, Matt

as of 11-8-05. I now have a beautiful daughter named Eleanor who was born 11-12-04, My son moved in with me-He's in the 10th grade at Santa Monica High, my wife got her own place and filed for divorce, my struggling music career has officially died, I am now a full time Home Improvement Contractor {what ever the hell that is} in wonderful sunny Los Angeles, and I am still trying to figure out what I am going to do when I grow up. Ain't life grand, Matt
P.S. We never did buy that house
P.P.S. 2002 my wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. We spent that year learning and fighting Cancer. She thankfully survived. 2003 her mother Died from cancer, it was her second bought with Cancer. 2004 was the year of the difficult pregnancy. Rhonda's body seems prone to doing everything the hard way. And at the same time I had to have my teenage son move in with us because of his abusive step dad and other assorted difficulties he was having. On the upside, My son is doing better, greatly in part to the counseling he is getting that I probably needed when I was his age and my daughter is walking succesfully as her first birthday approaches. She is so cute and gets attention averywhere we go.
