Maureen's Story
I am a graduate with the Broadcast department at SFSU in 1989. I graduated with honors, I did not go into broadcasting I went into the technology industry in Silicon Valley as that was the biggest industry in the Bay Area that was providing employment at the time.
I have been in the industry ever since however now I am with a small Advisory firm providing assistances to small to mid-size companies with their CRM/social networking customer care.
We also help with ensuring that their business is well protected with the best Web Browser Security Technology.

Essentially, we teach organization customer "centric" culture to prosper and grow in this economy. We also assist with upgrading their technology landscape to ensure they are working with this most efficient and client "user friendly" technologies. A recent report from the premier CRM publication states that "Companies who compete in the new decade based on price will not survive while companies who compete based on customer care with thrive".
