Mindy's Story
I am teaching the fourth grade in a small community, located in the foot hills of the Cascade Mountians. I live on a small private island (2 miles long and 1 mile wide). We have no stores, street lights, nor paved roads. There is a gas station that is open 2 hours a week ( one hour Saturdays and one on Sundays)
My daily commute is by private boat for 5 miles (takes about 45 minutes), hop into my car and drive approx. 20 mil...Expand for more
es. Everyday on my way to work I am lucky enough to watch whales, eagles and ospry.
Both of my daughters are in college, and doing well. My oldest plans on a carrer in Physics and Astronomy. My youngest is still searching for her passion... says her goal is to have some fun and be happy (sounds a lot like I was at 19).
I would love to connect with old friends. I often wonder what happened to everyone after we graduated.
