Life lets see, after all these years. after pursing a career in academics i decided i would rather do something more "meaningful" and went into the non-profit world as a fundraiser and special events planner (what a surprise!!) but the stress of fundraising got to me so i decied to trade it for the stress of being a capitalist and opened my...Expand for more
own business. So in 2002, here in brooklyn where i have lived for the last 12 years, i opened a custom invitation and paper store. Luckily opening a store has brought me more than i could have hoped for including my wonderful husband ( who came into the shop), a great connection with a community I love and a challenging but rewarding career.
