Melinda's Story
Life
Lots of moving the last 6 years. Lived in VA, CA, VA and now going back to MD. I am married to an incredible man. We just celebrated our 5th anniversary, though we've been together 10 years. Can't believe where all the time has gone. I've done lots of traveling. Drove across the country myself! Been to the Grand Canyon, gone rock climbing in Nevada, snorkeled in St Marteen, skydived in Virginia, hang-glided at the outer banks, swam in Hawaii. Most recently, my husband and I backpacked 9 days in Europe. We were in Germany, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland. I've been very lucky. My life has been full of wonderful experienc...Expand for more
es, hard lessons that I keep my eyes open to, a loving man, and an amazing sister with twin boys!
Won't be having much fun anymore. Selling the house, and moving back to MD to go to law school. I've had my fun and it's time for me to give back to the community.
I want to be an advocate for the elderly and also return favors to some of those who helped me get through my early years. That includes you Diana Crockett and Carl Hamer if you ever read this. You guys helped me out when I needed it the most and I'll never forget what I owe to you. I know where I came from and who helped me, and those are the best places to be of all!
