Melissa's Story
Life
I have been married for 7 years and live in Sweden with my husband Henrik. We met at SDSU back in 99 where he was a kineseology student. Life since high school has been one huge whirlwind adventure. I eventually got a degree in Marketing, had a baby girl 2004 and a little boy the year after. We just had our third in dec. 2008.
I have been studying continuously since high school, at about 5 different colleges and universities. Henrik finished the phys therapy degree 2 years ago, but I start a new degree (in Swedish!) this fall at the University here where we live - eco-building/eco-...Expand for more
construction engineering. What the heck, a few more years of school... I love to travel with my fam. Only a few more continents to see before I die!
I live really close to the arctic circle and its 24 hour dark days, but have great winter sports since we live exactly an hour from the mountains of Ã
re. I really do miss the good 'ol USA once in a while and feel the need to go home and visit every year - for family, friends and shopping! For the most part I have adapted pretty well for a yankee in Europe.
I hope that everyone has had a good few (more than 10!) years since we were condors
