Melissa's Story
Life
I cannot believe my life has turned out the way it has! I would never have believed the twists and turns my life has made. But you know, there is very little in my life I would change. I won't bore you with the details, but I am truly happier that I ever would have believed. After teaching in the public school system for 10 years, I came home to be a full time homemaker. That was the greatest decision I have ever made. I am blessed in that I am financially able to come home. My family and I are much better for the sacrifices we have chosen to make. d not have it!) I have re-evaluated my life and chosen to live each moment to the fullest. I don't care what anyone thinks about me. I am going to live my life the way I know I should and the way I want. We are in the process of adopting more children. We adopted our son in 2003. He has been a real blessing. We are so fortunate to get such a great child. And he is a good athlete. Isn't that funny? He LOVES sports. As you may or may not remember, I have NO sports talent. He is a great kid and has made our home and lives fuller. We hope to add several more brothers and sisters. Whatever God wants is fine with us.
