Melissa's Story
Went to Tech, met my husband. Got married and went to WVU. Had twin daughters and then a son. Moved to Montgomery, Nitro, Cross Lanes, and Scott Depot, following my husband's medical training and practices. Had another son. Then we moved to Cheyenne and then Laramie, Wyoming. Then to Houston, Texas. My husband died in the summer of 2007, so I came back home.

I share my home with a cat and 3 dogs, 2 of which were left over from my year of dog rescue!
I'm teaching Language Arts and Reading at Nuttall Middle School. It's kind of strange to be a General instead of a Highlander, and really strange to have some of my AHS classmates' grandkids in my classes!
I don't have a lot of spare time, but if anyone wants to go to Beckley to a movie or Charleston to a show, just holler!
