Melissa's Story
Life
I now live in Fort Drum, New York. I've been married to Mark for almost 12 years now and we've been together for 15 years. He is in the U.S. Army and has been in for 13 years. During that time we've lived in Fort Hood, Texas; Giessen, Germany; and now Fort Drum, New York. He has been deployed 4 times now and is set to return to Afghanistan for the third time to Afghanistan. This deployment will hopefully only be one year long with a 2 week R&R in the middle.

ve a 10 year old nephew, Eddie, and 3 nieces: Kayla, 7, is my Sister's daughter, Lilly (6) and Loren (5) are Mark's brother's children (along with our nephew).
I have been working for a local Real Estate Developer for the past few years. My boss owns 6 companies and I take care of his finances. I like my job a lot most days as it is a very laid back office.
Mark is a 1992 graduate of Monroe High School. We feel very fortunate to be close enough to New Jersey to see our families quite often. We have a 5 1/2 hour drive home and it has been awesome to spend the holidays with our loved ones.
I guess that is it about it for now.
