Life
My Job
I am in marketing operations for SAS Institute in Cary, North Carolina. I plan/execute retention events for all of our customers. You can say I am a party planner! The company has incredible work/life balance and I am having fun.
My spare time
I am a triathlete. I started back in 2002 with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I raised money for the cause as well as trained for a few triathlon events. I got hooked and have done over 20 races so far. I completed a half ironman in May of 2004. It was an amazing experiece. Traithlon changes your life in many ways. I love it!

I started right out of college working for SAS in Cary, NC. I started in product marketing working on messaging for our products and solutions. I then moved into Marketing Operations planning events and executing marketing activities throughout the Americas. This was to help grow a new customer base. I then moved into our Retention and Growth marketing and I plan/execute marketing activities to our current customer base. I tour around the US, Canada and Latin America spreading our latest and greatest software. It has been a very rewarding job. Not to mention that the benefits are incredible.
