Melissa's Story
I graduated with my B.A. in Education from Marshall University and my M.A. in Education from the University of Louisville. I married the love of my life, Michael Davis, on December 29, 2006. I am a teacher in the Jefferson County Public Schools. I serve in the Kentucky Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. I currently am on military leave from my civilian job. Now that I've rambled on a bit of an introduction... My husband and I have just recently started trying to have a family. We are hoping and I am praying that God blesses us with a bundle of joy when he feels we're ready -- the sooner the better!! LOL Until then, I am working on making exercise a daily part of my life again. And not just an activity I do often enough to pass my physical fitness test for the Army!!
