Michael's Story

Life I joined the Navy after high school, and after 12 years decided enough was enough and got out. I moved to the Houston area and enrolled in a law enforcement academy. I met my wife, Cindy, while in the academy. After the academy I started work for the Galveston County Sheriff's Office where I currently work as a Forensic Investigator (Yes, CSI), and serve as the...Expand for more
president of the Galveston County Deputy Sheriffs' Association. I also serve as Student Ministries Pastor with Seaside Church in Galveston. And if that weren't enough, I also serve as the chairman of our church's school board, and was recently appointed the Republican Party Precinct Chairman for precinct 274 in Galveston. McKenna, our only child, was born 10/3/2000.
