Life
Here's the Skinny: 20 years on Submarines, now retired military, which is really just a midlife career change, not a real retirement.. Married in 83, first son borne in 84, second in 88. Several houses and duty stations later, living in New Hampshire, working all over New England for Integra Technologies, Inc. and did well as a Digital Imaging Engineer till Sep 2009, was laid off and in Dec 2009 started a new career as a small and medium business IT consultant and working with IBM and Citrix. Update: Oct 2014, we decided we've had enough of the snow and long cold New England winters, moved south near my folks in North Carolina. First winter was, well, like a New England spring, LOL, it was a breeze. People down here just don't know a real winter, but that's OK. Now I'm an IT Security Consultant and Software Engineer for SkyPoint Security, working mostly from home office to many remote locations. Commuting across the hallway in the morning can be hairy, but I manage. :P
