Michael's Story
Life
A fan of the all American Dream, I chose our class motto "Some men see things and say why, I dream things that never were and say "why not", as my personal belief, and that has gotten me farther than I would have imagined possible.
Went to SC4 for two years, earned a degree from Western Michigan in 74 and went into the Marines for the next 30 years, just retired after having all the fun that can be had. Now transitioned to a civil service job with DoD, have modified my daily uniform to suits and ties, no boots and camouflage, but reinvention ain't hard, just necessary.

till have famiy back in Michigan, so get back every couple years to visit briefly. Too darn much snow for my wimpish warm weather inclinations, will continue to prefer sweating South of the Mason-Dixon Line.
Happily married for many years to the former Janet Schoene from Chicago, Nursing Professor at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Have two wonderful kids, Kurt,27 Captain in the Marines, and Katie, 23, recent grad of the U of Virginia.
