Woolwich Elementary at Days Ferry, Bridge Academy in Dresden and Waldoboro HS when I lived in Jefferson. Then Gorham State College for a BS in Ed. then U o Maine, U o Alaska MS in Gen. Sci. Then back to U o Maine then way out to Portland State University, Then a Photo Workshop at Eastern Oregon. You wouldn't o' thought a small country boy from a subsistance share cropper farm Would be able to go from raviging a Clear cut lot of Maples to teaching 3000 Pupils from Fort Kent, ME to Lake Oswego, OR with a couple stops in North Stratford and North Conway NH. Skating, Skiing, Snowshoing, Hiking, Camping, Fishing, Hunting and Cribbage Was a way of life in my early teaching career. Fly-Fishing and Canoeing started when I was 15.
