Michael's Story

Life ok my bio. well i moved around alot im my time. i have moved 9 times since i left bradley beach, new jersey. im currently in roanoke virginia. ok moving around alot was tuff, even when it was in the same general area. i do miss one thing, its the time in barnegat new jersey. i moved to roanoke because my family fell on hard times. my parnets split, my dad got remarried to a wonderful person named cathy. my mom lives here in roaonke but the other side of the city. my brother pat, is in jersey, and going to the navy in june of next year 06. i found out i had a sister who was my cousin for most of my life, she lives here in roanoke too. its nice to talk to her after all of these years. since my dad married i got two more brothers, i dont think of them as steps, their my brothers. the oldest is cool, was in the army, now lives in northern virginia. the other brother is name is billy lives here too. we are close, both been though similar things. of course all this takes place of me getting to know these people 2 years ago. i was stupid not to talk to 90% of my family for 8 years. now i have the chance. after the split i was force to move to tomsriver, new jersey. spent the next 3 years of school depressed. i went another year back to school. i went on to work at a nursing home for 9 years before leaving it behind. im engaged but for how long i dont know. since the move she hasnt been so upbeat about her moving here in va. the next couples during the time after school went by like a movie, fast and forgetten. but i hit a snag, in august of 04 my mom lost her house and the house she was trying to move too, wont sell to her. it left us homeless. my brother ran away to va during this leaveing me behind. it was the scariest part of my life so far. living in the car, working and trying to surive. thanks to my gfs family, they help us out. finally i got back on my feet and found an apartment. it was good for a year. let it be known my mom isnt the nice person she was, the whole thing came down because she lied to me and didnt want her sons to move away. after that year in the apartments, im moved to here in roanoke with my dad and cathy. after 9 long years, i was able to take a break from saving peoples lifes. i live on my own, with family near by which i visit 2 times aweek. i have 3 nephews and one niece. of course there is alot more to me, but the time and space wont all me to say much of it. this is my bio for now, we shall see whats the moring going to bring. ok some thoughts and tibits about me. first is im a jets, mets, and nets fan in pro sports. i love notre dame in college. i love to read books, currently in nicholas sparks books, and movies. thats it for this part. ok my thoughts, my life has been like a roller coaster, up and down, left and right. the time that is most special is in barnegat, new jersey. like a good book i can think back to that time and wish i could go back. just to relive some memorys. tomsriver wasnt bad either, but i was the hardest time for me. fight family including my mom, engagment that was taking forever to work to the wedding, and just bull crap with things. part of my reason on being here is to reconnect with some of those old friends, or people i knew in barnegat. would love to say sorry for not staying in contact. some of the people i like to speak to again are michael anderson, angel lacey, john lewis, billy lay, edwin corcoran, rachel steeb, eddie miller, mike dipaola, and denise rubiski. its all up to u if u want to contact me, of coure u may not remember me, just look in your brackman year book class of 91. since im not a full member just yet, contact is in your court, email address is request if u like. thanks for stopping by. School ok i went to some different ...Expand for more
schools, some due to township and others due to the moving around. as in the bio, my best time at school was in barnegat. brackman middle school was great time. my biggest crush was one valerie hurst in brackman. she was sexy and beautiful as they come. like a kid in any teen movie, i would stare and look like an idiot in front of her. its too bad i didnt have a chance to be around, as i grew older, i grew unafraid to talk to a woman like her. i would asked her out in soph year, but i moved. boy that sucked. the teacher who inspired me was named mr jack (bear) brace. i was part of is program at school. i taught me that i could do anything i want, and that i could overcome the bad times. without him i might have been worse off. thanks to him, i inspire people from school to do the same as i was taught. there are memory could share, but to many for now. doing track, baseball was nice. i never went to my proms, girls i asked was sick, so i spent time with her. afterwards we went out to make up for the prom. she move away after graduration. i would love to do it again, of course i woudl change things, like not moving away, asking valerie out, or other girls, and not hurt some of my friends when i didnt stay in contact when i moved. thats if for school, thanks for stopping by. College no college. i was setting up to go either at ole miss, or kentucky college. family related problems had me chose to work and help out. i havnt gone yet, but in va im looking at it for next semester. my dad is so close in completeing his college course. he is studying to be a history teacher. i cant wait to see him teach, great teacher when people are willing to learn. thanks for stopping by. Workplace first job was pizza man helper. i did the boxes and help make the pizzas. i also handed out menus. the owner was really from italy. mcdonalds. 2 and half years. thank god im done with them. 2 years and 15 cent raise, for a person who knew every job there. the next job i got as part of the school program for special ed students. its the job that i took when i needed work and couldnt go to college. it was at a nursing home called Kensington manor care center. i started off at nite working pots. cleaning them. then i started doing them in the morning. i was getting tired of coming in and cleaning hundred pots which were sitting there since the morning. boss changed it and i was the first to do the morning job. i stayed in the morning for the next 9 years. i went on to do every job but cook. i aslo was a union rep for the kitchen for 6 years. i be came a stable member with the staff and bosses. i was awared with peole saying i was the kindest person to the patients. we had some hard ones but i got though to them and help make their lifes easrier. the company was sold to a new group 5 years ago. they fired the boss and replaced them with bad bosses. i fought to get those people out and changes the way things got handled. in august 25 of 2005 i left my job of 9 years. i chose to move down south to get things in order. im sure u read what happend, if not please read the bio. next job so far is working a cross roads mall in roanoke va. im the cleaner. its ok job, pays the bills. but im looking to move past this into a career or somthing better with benefits. thanks for stopping by. Military ok no boot camp for me. i did to a recruiter but my asthma made it tought for me to go in the army. if i had waived the right i would have joined. but it wasnt my time. plus i dont agree whats going on in iraqi. my older step brother was in the army. he left 5 years ago. he is still attached but pursing other things. my younger brother is joining the navy. he goes to boot camp in june of 07. thats it for this section. thanks for stopping by.
