Michael's Story
Life
Hi all, I retired in 1997 from 32 years in Federal Government service. I have traveled all over the world; Europe, Middle East, Asia and South America. I am married with two daughters and two beautiful grandchildren, Adam 6 and Amber 3. My oldest daughter, Michelle, was the HR manager for Sears in Hoffman Estates until she met her husband. er own business as a court reporter and doing well.
I am working part time now to keep busy. I stayed home for almost a year after retirement and did not like it. I am working, part time, in the engineering dept for an auto manufacturing co. It keeps me busy and out of the house. My wife, Paulette is a emergency room nurse and loves it. She is also a Lt. Col. in the Air Force Reserves. She is almost ready to retire .
