Secondly a federal judge recently ruled that the new healthcare law is null and void on the grounds that it is unconstitutional. So further implementaion of same would put those who do in contempt. as it shows alteration and a date stamp not even from the time period. Whatever.. It's a joke like him!!! Also, the Healthcare Bill which is really The Power Grab and Control Your Life bill has made it's way to the Supreme Court.
4 solid to vote against and 4 solid to vote for. The swing vote is Kennedy and he goes both ways :) Anyway.. It should only be based on it's Constitutionality but with a few real radicals like Ginsburg who is the most radical of them all. (ie: She was in Egypt recently when she told a group of students not to model their Constitution after the US Constitution because it's old, antiquated and out of date and needs to be changed... Nice!!! 2 others were appointed due to their gender and race and without regard to qualifications while Breyer is just another leftist. Nothing is assured 100% in terms of any one vote but it's a pretty solid bet the appointees will vote along party line which is really ludicrous. Remember the little document called the Constitution which always seems to get in the way of scheming politicians. Obama = Demagogue And by the way Mr. President thanks for the $4 gas!!! (Which he said he didn't have a problem with.)
Also, last but certainly not least and a biggie.... The left-wing radical mainstream liberal media. You know who they are and what they're about. Thanks for electing O-BLAH-BLAH for us! They lie, distort and misrepresent everything. And they protect Obama at every turn and at all costs!!! Tthis is the most corrupt administration ever. And his mouthpiece media ignores everything he says or does, never asks him any questions or calls him out on anything. What's going on??? Thanks Marvin for that line...
Aspirations: I plan on running for office someday but I guess I'll have to become a community organizer first. I also plan on expanding my business ventures. Just get this government the heck out of the way and let free enterprise pave the way to prosperity..
