Life After graduation in 1958 I took a business course at CCBI. I landed a job as a Emergency Dispatcher for East Syracuse Police and Fire Dept. In 1962 I went in the Army as a Personnel Specialist at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn New York. In 1964 I joined the NY National Gurad. Getting tired of the miltiary, I got a job in February 1966 at Syracuse University in the Public Safety Dept. I have been there for 39 years and 8 months. But things are starting to change, in my view, so I retired on the 12th of October 2005. I'm enjoying every minute of it. It was at Syracuse University that I met my wife, Nancy. We were married 11 May 1991,when I was 51 and which is also Nancys birthday. Nancys keeping me busy with a full schedule work at home and a load of craft shows around the area. Things are slowing down now and since my former boss ask if I could come back to work and help out partime. So on 12 February 2006 I went back to work. I'm doing about 4 to 20 hours a week and loving it. It's now October 2006 and I'm still working part time and still injoying it. Slowing down a little bit, but still havin...Expand for more
