Written January 2009- During high school I was quiet and shy and didn't socialize much. After high school I became much more outgoing although I still don't think I am a serious "people person." After high school I worked two part-time jobs for about 4 years, both with children. After that I was with Ukiah Valley Association for the Handicapped (UVAH) for over 10 years and worked my way up to Program Coordinator. I was first married in 1986 and that lasted six years. During that time we (my ex-husband and myself) owned a sucessful photography studio which I enjoyed very much. I did learn that it is really difficult to be in a relationship when the other person isn't on the same page with goals and lifestyle choices, I didn't think dating while married was okay but apparently my ex-husband did. after that relationship was over I realized that I missed the business much more than my ex! A year after that relationship ended I met the love of my life, my husband Phil. I knew right away that this was it and we moved in together six week after we met, that was sixteen years ago and we are still happy and in love!
