Life
Well, let's try to sum up many years in a short message. Went to Univ. of Puget Sound for a BA and an MAT. Taught high school for a year. Then got a job for a local fire department as thier public educator. So I still teach, just in a different way. Met my future husband right after high school. He went to UPS too. We got married in 1996 and settled in Gig Harbor, WA. He taught elemen...Expand for more
tary school for a bit and then got hired as a firefighter in Gig Harbor. We traveled, bought a house, had a dog, and just enjoyed life. Then we added one more to the family and in 2003 had a daughter named Ashleigh. I don't play team sports anymore (still love soccer) but love to hike, camp, bike, and work in the garden. I took up running this year. Just loving life with family and friends.
