Michelle's Story

I moved to Antich, Ca. in 1985 to be closer to my mom and dad. My son was born later on that year in august. Then we moved to Santa Rosa, again to be closer to mom and dad. My dad was sick. He passed away in 1986 on Christmas eve. I had a hard time dealing with that. My best friend Fran Gough and her hushand Steve came to visit me and see my dad before he died . I'm really glad she came down there. It really ment alot to me at the time. So my hushand and I moved back to Boise in 1987 and in March of 1988 I had twin girls. And my friend Fran just lived down the road. Then we moved to southern Ca. Santa Maria to be closer to my husbands mom. I hated leaving Idaho and Fran. I haven't seen her in almost 20 years, but now thanks to classmates we got in contact again. I will be making a visit to Idaho next year. In 1993 we moved to Wa. and this is where I've been ever since. I didn't work much throughout the years because I wanted to be a stay at home mom. I loved it. In 2000 I divorced my hushand of 15 years. At this time I'm not in a relationship. I spend alot of time with my grandson, who was born in 2003 . My son is 25 yrs old and a very handsome guy. He's a welder and doing quite well. The twins they are 22 yrs. old and haven't got there partying days over yet. They are beautiful . They work at a dentist office in Centralia, Wa My job ended last year. I worked at lawnmower and saw shop. My boss closed it down after 30 years due to illness. I loved that kind of work and hope to work for a business like that again or open my own shop. I worked there 5 years and learned alot because I was there all the time from open to closi...Expand for more
ng time because of his illness. So as of now, I'm still working for my old boss and his family. They have kind of adopted me into there family. They are wonderful people. I really miss Idaho, but who knows I might move back there in a couple of years. I miss all the people I used to know and would like to refresh our friendship. September 8th, 2019 My beautiful twin daughter, Angie was diagnosed with a brain tumor April 1st, 2017. I lost her June 17th 2017. The worst thing in life happened to me and , well its hard to explain. Its not fair that she went and not me. I am blessed with taking care of her son, who now is 16 yrs old. He's going through a lot with mixed motions and teenage hormones raging him so life has been a challenge but we are strong and pulling through day by day. so now my grandson, Cj, my son Danny and me all got a place together and life is ok for now. I miss my daughter and some days I'm good and others I'm bawling all day. But I believe in Angels and believe she's watching over us. So now I work full time as a landscaper. Love the work. Same people with the lawnmower shop. my boss passed away in 2013. He was a great man. I am still in Washington. Went to Boise Idaho for personal business and got to see my best friend Fran Gough and see her marry off her daughter Laura last year. My son and I went to the wedding and It was beautiful. Never expected my life hit such a major tragedy but who does. I can say now life is good. Its hard to live but we are in the hands of God so we will pull through.
