Michelle's Story
Let's see...I am a wife, mother (of 4 and 1 on the way), daughter, friend, and most important a Christian. I love most everyone and genuinely wish everyone love, happiness and sucess in all that they do. I am quiet but opinionated. I am confident in the things I know and am not afraid to stand up for the things I believe in. I truly care and give from the bottom of my heart. No strings attached or what's in it for me.
I used to have a list of people I'd like to meet someday. I find that now it isn't on the list of chance meetings of people, but the people I actually meet and have the opportunity of having a relationship with even if it is a brief Hello and a smile. You never know who will make that difference in your life or the impact you will have on thiers.
I have so many interests...Where to begin...I would start with growing my relationship with Christ, My Family and Friends, Children, Politics, Photography, Cooking, Arts and Crafts, Education. I love so many things and I am passionate about everything that I do and the things that I am yet to do.
My wonderful husband Dennis and I met way back in elementary school. We ran into each other with our spouses at an Amway function in 1997. To hear it today I obviously made a lasting impression with a little red suit...LOL Now jump ahead a few more years to June of ...Expand for more
1999 I was in the middle of a nasty divorce and custody battle and wasn't looking for any type of relationship. So I was completely oblivious to his continued visits while I was working. One evening he came in and we were able to talk a bit. I just happens that we were both seperated and in the process of divorcing our spouses. We exchanged numbers that evening. I never called him and he didn't call me either until he stopped by again in July. After talking a few times we decided that it was safe to go out as friends since we have known of each other for so long. My goal was to make sure we stayed friends and nothing more, basically scare the daylights out of him so he would not be interested...LOL So much for that...We talked and walked car dealerships that evening and have been together ever since. The next months were spent building our relationship as a couple and as a family. Dennis proposed Thanksgiving Eve 2000. We were married July 17th 2001 two years to the day of our first kiss. Our relationhip is amazing! We are truly soul mates. My wish is for everyone to find and have the type of love and relationship Dennis and I have. One that is supportive, loving, compromising, and full of happiness. He is my inspiration and my strength a truly wonderful man who has shown me what unconditional love is all about.
