Life
It is hard to believe that our 20 year graduation is looming ahead! Let me see...I graduated from EKU with my social work degree. I moved to northern Kentucky, where I married my now husband, Ken Kinder. Ken is an attorney in Ohio and Kentucky and practices in Cincinnati. He graduated from Chase College of Law and I attended/graduated from Northern KY University at the same time with my degree in middle grades education. I taught 7th grade language arts for five years and loved it. e it..but I do miss the teenagers! My hubby is a tax attorney and tax season will soon be here, which means lots of long hours and/or early mornings. I volunteer for three different all breed rescues and have a foster pug named Lucy. I was a makeup artist for Estee Lauder for a few years and I am wondering if I should attempt to work again part time. It was a lot of fun, but I do not miss working the long retail hours or the weekends. This will be the first summer in years that I haven't been attending school, so I have to decide what I want to do. I would like to further my education in counseling but my husband is tired of me going to school all of the time, so I really am not sure if I'll push it.
