Michelle's Story
Life
My husband Tony is a social studies teacher. We've been married for 5 years this September. Three years ago we bought a house in Fridley, Minnesota. We have 5 birds (4 cockatiels named Murphy, Tori, Peaches, and Doodle; and 1 nanday conure named Barney) and two dogs (a Yorkshire terrior named Chewie and a Biewer terrier named Colby). I am in a WELS traveling chamber choir called the Cantabile Singers, the Fridley City Band, and Fridley Community Theatre. College
I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2000 with a bachelor's in English and Linguistics. I then graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2003.
Workplace
After passing the bar exam, from November 2003-July 2006, I was a family law attorney at Erickson, Zierke, Kuderer & Madsen, P.A. in Fairmont, Minnesota. In August 2006, my husband started a job at a middle school in Anoka so we moved to Minneapolis. In December 2006 I started my current job at Butler & Allen, P.A., again as a family law attorney.
