Hello Benet Class of '75.
Just returned from a 4 week trip to Asia: Thailand, Indonesia and S. Korea. While the trip was mostly business in principle, I did get to see some very interesting sites. Of specific interest was my trip to Ayutthaya, the ruins of the old capital of Siam, destroyed by the Burmese in 1767. I also had an opportunity to ride an elephant. or but not by much. Finally went to South Korea and it was a most beautiful, peaceful country. I have never seen so many forsythia, cherry trees and azaleas in bloom. Went to see the historic Palace in Seoul, the Nam June Paik museum, and the folk village. It is always interesting to see and meet people living on the other side of the world. and experience the cultural differences.
