Mike's Story
Life
My Spouse
At Biola University. I was a sophomore and she was an incoming freshman. I was a student orientation leader and she was a student in my group. We didn't start dating until three years later though.
My Pets
Our dog is a little mop dog (Schitzu) named Cocoa...he's cute and smart when he pees and poops in the right place. Our tropical fish are cool!
My Kids
4 of them...the last two being boy-girl twins!!! They are an awesome gift & challening all at the same time...
My Job
After 13 years as a Youth/Associate Pastor in two different churches, I am now working at BIOLA University in La Mirada, CA. My newer job is as BIOLA's Manager of Youth Ministries. I do networking and support with So...Expand for more
. Cal. and No. Cal. Youth Pastors, oversee & mentor student worship bands, and develop and host conferences for youth, their leaders, etc.. It's like being a pastor to pastors. So far, I love it!

Inspirational Teachers:
Mr. Leonardo who taught me how to write and think critically...Mr. Holguin for that darned "California Mystique" and for helping me to understand the impact of local and national politics on my everyday life...Mr. Ugalde for that failed Abdullah joke!
Happiest/Craziest school memories:
parties with "the gang" of my friends (volleyball, pizza, movies, just chatting about life).
toilet papering so many stinkin' houses during grad week.
group dates with friends (proms, dances, etc.)
