Mike's Story
Life
After high school, I went to college at Cal Poly, SLO, where I studied Computer Science, being the big geek that I am. After a couple of internships back in the Bay Area, I found my way into the real world as a technologist in a mangement consulting firm. During that time, I travelled about 120,000 miles a year (not much compared to many -- lots of people do double that, but it was enough for me!), working with clients around the country. Once I regained my senses, I decided that it was time to settle down. So I bit the bullet and switched jobs, so that I could stay back in California and have a life. el out to Washington DC. Casey and I have been married since 2002, and we currently reside in Chaska, Minnesota. (Yes, she's a Minnesota girl -- it's all her fault! :-) ) Together, we have one daughter (Kylie), and one spoiled albeit, lovable dog (Bailey). These days, I work at a technology company in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) area, where I frequently find that I'm living in a Dilbert comic. When I'm not at work or spending time with my family (which is rare), I'm playing racquetball, trying to get track time autocrossing, playing video games, volunteering at our church, helping Casey with her Creative Memories business, or (most likely) attending to my never-ending "honey-do" list.
