Mike's Story
Life
LIke many, I got out of Lombard by going to Augustana College getting a Music Education degree. That immediately qualified me to start a management career at Blue Cross Blue Shield Chicago. On to Mobil Oil and then emmigrated to Quebec City after falling in love. Learned French, started working in Paris and after working all over Europe as a Productivity Improvement consultant, where I worked lots in Madrid and Barcelona and finally learned the Spanish that my high school teachers couldn't teach me! eal is one of the best places in the world to live) with my partner of 15 years. Became a Canadian citizen in 1990. It's a great passport to show wherever you go!
We split up, I went to London, met a French cutie there and we moved to Paris in 2000, where we both still live but, alas, separated, sharing custody of three dogs!!!
Have been doing work in Kuwait, Dubai, the UK and Ghana. Soon looking forward to working in Benin, Ivory Coast and South Africa.
