Mike's Story
Life
After leaving Ft. Crook Elementary School in 1976 , I went to school at Park Elemenmtary , from 5th to 6th grade . Then in 7th , went to Logan Fontenelle Junior High from 7th - 8th grade . Left the school in 1979 to live in the country of Greece for 2 1/2 years , from Oct. of '79 - March 1 , 1982 ( attending middle school and high school at American Community School in Athens , from 8th - 10th grade). Then in April of '82 , attended school at Meade high School ( Meade Senior High )in Ft. Meade , Maryland ; taking 10th grade 2 - times in a row , and graduating Saturday - June 8 , 1985 . I stayed at my grandparents in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania for a year after high school ; moving in '86 to the town of Montrose in Susquehanna County , Penna. from Aug . '86 - April 1 , '92 , I lived with my dad and step - mother ( after my parents got divorced and seperated in '85 ). in 1987 , I worked as a Custodian for M.W.F. * ( * Mobile Work Force ) , cleaning office buildings for 5 - years ; until I quit and moved to the town of Hones...Expand for more
dale in wayne County , penna. while in honesdale , I lived at a group home with other residents from apr. 1 , 1992 - Aug. , '94 . Then in Aug. of that year , I moved to a country town in the Southern section of Pennsylvania , called "Dry Run " ; before moving to the historical town of Chambersburg in pennsylvania , from Sept. ,'94 - present . Moved from a group home (that later became a retirement home ) ; to another grup home ; to a independent home (an appartment I was shareing with 2 other guys ) ; and now living independently on my own in a appartment complex for retired Senior Citizens 9 got in because of my hearing and my low - income ) . Had been in and out of 4 or 5 Mental Health centers ; had taken medication for my anger ; and is to this day medication - free , psychiatrist - free , and case worker - free . And also had been arrested and put in custody for threatening my old man with a knife , and been sent to a mental hospital back in March , '89 ( only stayed for 1 week ) . So that's what all happened to me .
