Mildred's Story

My husband passed away December 17, 2017. We were happily married for 51 years and I miss him each and every day. He died of complications from cancer surgery. We had 2 children...our daughter went to law school in Boston, MA...worked as a criminal prosecutor for 11 years when she moved back to FL and is now the Clerk of the Circuit Court/Comptroller for Manatee County in Bradenton, FL. nalysts for 8 hospitals here in FL....My son and daughter-in-law gave me 3 beautiful grandchildren, who are now 16, 13 and 9. They are all a great support system for me and I love them all dearly. I am very fortunate that they all are here in the same town. Through the sadness of losing my husband, we are a very close family and I am blessed to have them nearby. God is good.... I worked in retail management for 33 years here in FL and I guess my children are my greatest achievement.
