mindy's Story

Growing up, I started elementary in 1985 at Forest Hill Elementary in north Akron. Moved to East Akron, Seiberling Elementary School in the 3rd grade. Attended Goodyear Middle School. Started highschool in 1994 at East High School (Akron). Family moved halfway through my junior year, transferred to Ellet High School (Akron). Married in December 2000; son born July,2001. Divorced spring 2006. Met Justin Cromer summer of 2006. Justin proposed and we were engaged July 2007. Married April 14th, 2010. Attended vocational school 2007; attended 2nd vocational school 2014. Along the way, I've worked in customer service/sales off and on steadily since my Junior year in 1996; when not in customer service, I was/ am a caregiver for the elderly, ill, and/or disabled. Years of basketball ruined both knees and hips. I no longer play ball due to arthritis. I still enjoy painting/drawing. I've recently discovered the joy of gardening. I had a bad 2 year stretch 2017 - 2018 when I lost my grampa, then my gramma, and then my mom ( quite unexpectedly). I have been clean and sober since August 11th, 2013 , after a 12 year struggle with narcotic dependency. I am still an avid, obsessive reader. My personal library contains well over 600 pieces of literature. There is either at least one bookcase in every room (multiple cases in several rooms), or a pile of books that needs a bookcase in every room. I have a neat little vintage collection of my favorite basketball memorabilia from the early/mid 90s. (Orlando Magic; O'Neil, Hardaway, Jordan, Bird, Johnson, etc.). I found my Lord and Savior, my Redeemer, Yashua Hamashiac, (better known as Jesus Christ of Nazareth) in December 2008, during a health crises where I found myself being rushed to emergency surgery and terrified because I didn't know where I'd end up if I died. Now? I have no fear of death, and actually look forward to the day that I meet my redeemer, as well as be reunited with my saved loved ones. I don't belong to a "brick-and-mortar" church. Rather, I do my "churchin'" online. I am an amateur biblical researcher. I spend many hours pouring over biblical texts, videos, and lessons- especially in relation to biblical prophecy, archaeology, and our current world events. I am considered an oddball by some, and a "doomsday prepper" by others, and lastly, a rightly suspicious/highly prepared survivalist by those who know better. I enjoy target practice with my "personal projectile launching device". ( Read between the lines.) I collect various "self-defense instruments" and have taught myself how to use them safely and accurately. Bow and arrow hunting/target practice is next on my to-learn list. Despite my more hands-on and physical approach to activities, and unlike when I was in school, I prefer wearing dresses instead of pants/shorts and would spend most days in a dress if I could. Those fifties ladies were onto something. I am a strong believer in self sufficiency, small (preferably very very little) government, and the rights of the people to live free, as they desire, with no governmental interference. I'm not an activist by any means, but I do enjoy a good debate with anyone who wishes to rationally discuss and exchange ideals and ideas. I am generally a happy person, with little to zero enemies. I live drama-free, and conduct my life with honesty and integrity. I expect to be treated with respect, as I would treat others. Education is a high priority for me. But not what is considered a "traditional education" , though. I strongly feel that individuals have a duty to educate themselves through REAL research, (ie: reading, attending seminars, etc.)...Expand for more
and to always seek the truth no .matter the cost. I shun almost all forms of so-called msm entertainment and news, and think our nation's schools are a disgrace. I also feel that they've been this way a long time. They were intentionally set up to indoctrinate instead of educate; teach impressionable children/teens WHAT to think instead of HOW to think; and have been used as an excuse for everything from raising home taxes to implementing forced/unwanted medical treatments on developing minds/bodies. The kind of education that I feel everyone needs is one that people can only get through self-exploration, due-diligence in avoiding propaganda, and a strong unquenchable thirst for knowledge, wisdom and truth. If you've read my bio this far, I'm sure you you probably think that my strong views and opinions have caused me some problems. And you'd be correct. Taking the stand that I have can be a very solitary position at times. Thankfully, I have the most supportive husband a woman could hope to have, and an inquisitive questioning son that pushes my boundaries and helps me to see where my flaws are. I feel that God has truly blessed me with the men in my life that I've done nothing to deserve. If every woman were as happy as I am with my home life, the world might actually be a more peaceful place, and more husbands might not dread going home after working all day.🤣 If you can't tell, I'm a rarity amongst most peers in that I tend to lean "old-fashioned" in my values, believe in a traditional home structure (when possible), and actually would be quite happy being a homemaker and not having an outside-the-home job for pay. Other activities that I enjoy are cooking, baking, and serving loved ones multicourse meals and holiday feasts. I am an oddball mishmash of books, weapons, traditions, dresses and contrasting opinions. I love meeting new people. Listening to other's opinions on politics, religion, and ideals and then sharing my own, is a favorite past time of mine. Learning about cultures that are different than my own, different religious beliefs, or unfamiliar culinary practices, is fascinating to me. I seriously enjoy being exposed to new things. I think it's because of this attitude that I rarely meet a person that I don't gel with in one way or another. Everywhere I go, I either run into a friend, or make a new one. Finally, and if you've read this far I applaud your dedication, ALWAYS QUESTION EVERYTHING. Believe nothing that you hear, only 25% of what you read, and half of what you see. Verify, verify, verify. Knowledge and wisdom come at a price. And that price is your own diligence and time in finding the truth of a matter. Deception abounds, especially in this day and age. A horrible agenda has been afoot for a long time, and regular ol' folks like us are the intended target for destruction. Learned, purposefully perpetrated ignorance is at the core of what will divide, and ultimately destroy, us everyday common folk. We are the herd, cattle if you will, and the junk we are exposed to day in and day out is the fodder. "Give them bread and circuses" - Nero, 1st century a.d. Keep the people fed, entertained and distracted, and the handful of controllers will remain in power, feeding off the herd, hoarding wealth, and sending us to the slaughter at their whim. With great knowledge comes great responsibility. Remember those words if, after reading this, you end up changing your way of thinking and eventually your lifestyle, after coming into all the knowledge that I have. And never, NEVER, stop pursuing knowledge and truth. It's a neverending quest. God bless.
