Missi's Story
I left Baytown the day after graduation for New Orleans.
Dallas '97 - 2008. I met my Prince Charming and we married 6/7/08. 6 months later we gave up the city life and moved full time to our vacation home in the country, about an hour out of Dallas. I literally live in a cabin in the woods on 21 acres. Complete with ponies,...Expand for more
goats and chickens... and 5 beautiful dogs.
We did livestock rescue for a short time. During the hurricane Harvey panic in '17 I turned to dog rescue. I saved and homed 53 dogs in 3 years, but have taken a break for 2 years to recover from back surgery. I'm about ready to get started again. Rescue is the best thing ever.
