Monte's Story
Hello All!
I wanted to catch up with some of the people from my old school days. I guess nostalgia and aging does that to a person.
I hope this short story may prompt some email responses through this website and I would look forward to receiving your updated contact information.
Since graduating high school in 1977 here is my brief biography:
1981--Graduated South Dakota State University with double majors in Economics and Political Science.
1984--Graduated University of South Dakota Law School at Vermillion South Dakota.
2006--Graduated with Masters of Taxation from the University of Tulsa.
Married to Mary Jo Hanigan since 1997. Mary Jo is a medical doctor specializing in Psychiatry.
I have 6 children: Molly (22) Tanner (20). They are from my first marriage. They were both adopted and from South Korea. Molly is getting married in June 2008. Mary Jo and I have 4 children. Thomas (8), Megan (6), Maureen (6) and Daniel (6). That is correct, I have triplets and they are a blast. They all attend a private Catholic elementary school.
My professional career has been focused in the area of trust, estate and tax law. I am the division head of a trust department of a bank in Omaha, Nebraska called Security National Bank Private Client Services. My job is essentially managing assets for high net worth clients and administration of their trusts. I am a licensed member of the State Bar Associations of Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.
I have been doing this type of work for 22+ years.
I have lived in Omaha Nebraska for the last 12 years of my life.
We live in a brick English Tudor house in the older home section of Omaha.
I still love pheasant hunting in South Dakota and try to do it every year.
My family and I like to go traveling in an RV.
