Hello fellow schoolmates , Its been almost 19 years since we left the hallowed halls of the "green jail" on Ashton St. Times have surely changed. Strange to look around and realize that we are all very much adults now. Middle age is creeping in but luckily the hairline is still intact. So what's new on my front? I have traveled alot, seen a good chunk of the world. I went to SFSU for a degree in Anthropology/Archaeology with a minor in History. I tried to do the graduate school thing but 16 years in a classroom plus flight school really was enough for me. My education did enable me to work in Russia excavating Viking settlements. I also spent a few years in the Vologda province excavating a 13th century island monastery. My claim to fame is that I got to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin. About 10 years ago I also earned a commercial pilot's license but the tragedy of 9/11/01 really prevented me from going further in a career in professional aviation. I am trying to make a comeback into flying, at least on the teaching and instruction level. As much as I love archaeology and science my true calling is aviation. Always loved it. I have been married for a few years now to the absolute love of my life. Her name is Tanya. We met at UC Berkeley a few years back. No kids yet, but we plan on it.
