Norman's Story
Norman is from New Westminster, British Columbia. Norman's schools include Queen Elizabeth High School, West Whalley High School and Prince Charles.
Worked for Ministry of Highways in a special branch that dealt with the design, construction and maintenance of all Inland and Coastal ferries. I got to visit just about every large and small ferry terminal in the province. Then I worked for 8 years at 2 consulting engineering firms working on the expansion of Swartz Bay and Tswwassen ferry terminals and lastly the Duke Point ferry terminal. After that...Expand for more
I went back to more schooling taking the courses to get my Microsoft Certified System Engineer and working as an extra in the movie industry on classics like Dudley Do Right and Millenium. Then I had to get another real job so I started with Health Canada during the Y2K crisis. Stayed with Health Canada until retirement. I was doing IT support at first and then became the Network and Email administrator. I retired and have been doing some dog walking for the SPCA and the New Westminster Animal Shelter. Also walking my own dog several times a day.
