Norman is from Horseshoe Bend, Idaho He mother delivered him herself in a clap board shack next to a creek.. He is Single. With five years in the miltary and a year with AT&T, working full or part-time, Norman received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in 1971. . He retired as a psychologist and faculty member.
