Pamela's Story
Very simply described here, my photo album is just a variety of events that made sure to show my 2 grown kids & their spouses, along with my 3 grandchildren. 2 beautiful, talented girls,11 & 6, by my daughter Amber & her husband here in Rkfd. And a 5 yr old blond hair, blue eyed, "lifeguard looking" little boy in Charlotte, NC with my son Adam and his wife. I'm a VERY involved grandma with the girls since they live here, and am very excited and proud that they are, very successfully, following my past path of dance and tumbling. My daughter Amber, the girls mother, was a competitive dancer for yrs., and a professional dancer with the Rockford Lightning. She still teaches dance today & is an excellent Hairstylist at Kalo Salon. My son has been a hockey player for over 30 yrs, and was on the very 1st, and the 2nd, State Champion Rockford Icemen. th the Rockford IceHogs for a # of yrs, and to this day plays with and competes with many NHL players in their off-season. Also, one of my sons best friends, and his defensive partner on a traveling competition hockey team, John Scott, just won MVP in the NHL Hockey All Star Game. He was even Captain of the team!! Hockey has been a huge and succesful part of our life since Adam started playing so many yrs ago. And the many aspects of dance our daughter has been involved in have been both exciting and succesful. Since the grandkids are most definitely following in their parents footsteps, I realize, and thank God everyday that I was blessed with such beautiful, talented, and succesful children and grandchildren!! (whom, we ALL thank God, inherited my rhythm & talent)!! I don't know what I'd do or where I'd find the time if I had more than 2 kids & 3 grandkids!!! They're Awesome!!!
