Pamela's Story
I was married to a Viet Nam vet from Bridgehampton when I was just twenty years old. The marraige didn't last and I had two sons to raise. I went to nursing school and became an LPN and then attended a career ladder program at Presbyterian Hospital in NYC and became an RN. My family has lived mostly in North Carolina. My two sons are now grown and have children of their own. I am the grandmother of five. I am retired from nursing due to health issues ...Expand for more
and live with my sister in our condominium. I am on the computer daily with various activities to keep myself busy. I also belong to a book club which I enjoy due to the reading but also the social aspects. I have kept in touch with many of my childhood friends and a few high school & college friends also. If I had one do over to do in my life I believe it would have been to have stayed with my dancing. I gave that up when we moved "out to the sticks".
