Pat's Story
Life
I go by "Pat" these days. After working as a reporter at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution from almost seven years, I left Atlanta in 1994 to take a newspaper job in St. Paul, Minn. (Nice place, but brrrrrrrrr.) In 2000, I moved to Long Island, N.Y., where I write for Newsday, a daily newspaper.
I'm still single with no kids after all these years. I'd love to meet the right guy, but until the day comes I have a ball spending time with colleagues and friends here and with my nieces and other...Expand for more
family on the phone, via e-mail and in person whenever I'm in Atlanta. (Update: I adopted an older female cat -- a tortoise shell I named Bella -- in 2006.)
I've given my life to the Lord, Jesus Christ. I love God and value my relationship and daily walk with Him. My biggest challenge is to become a better student of His Word and live the Word every day. I appreciate life so much these days, and I'm really getting a kick out of being in my 40s! : )
