Life
In high school I loved to play saxophone. I was in band, orchestra, pep band, dance band and pit band. In 1997 I took it up again. About that time my husband had a stroke and was forced to retire on disability. I became his caregiver, and as his condition worsened the saxophone was my respite. 002 and the next year I married a saxophone player I had known for many years. We play in two New Horizons bands, a classical orchestra and a dance band now, and have been to several New Horizons band camps. We also played for his 50th high school reunion. And I played for the Commodore's Ball at the Tacoma Yacht Club.
