Patricia's Story
Life
I graduated from Northside High in 1965. My father was in the service so after graduation we moved to Fort Lee, Virginia. After three years we returned to Ft. Smith and I met and married an army guy. I was married for some time, but alas it didn't work out and my son and I moved to Florida. From there we went to Denver, Colorado and I worked for the governemet in the Social Security Dept. While there, I took a three month leave and went to cooking school in London, England (The Cordon Bleu' School of Cookery). It was quite an experience. I then then transferred back to Fl and worked for Social Security there. I then returned to Denver and went to work for a catering company and was office manager, plan...Expand for more
ning luncheons, wedding and anything else our clients wanted. I am now heading back to Fla to be with family for a while. (12/15/07) Will be there for about 3-6 months and then will probably go to Foley,
Al and settle down.
Seems like yesterday that I was in High School. Time flies when you are having fun!!
I wanted to add that I attended Whitesville Jr High in Whitesville, West Va in or around 1959 and 1960. I would love to hear from anyone who was there at that time. I didn't stay long as my father was sent to Germany and we followed shortly thereafter.
Being an Army brat has it good and bad sides.
Hope everyone in the class of 65' is doing wonderful and having a great life. It was a great time!!
