Life
I have just recently relocated back to the Sterling-Dixon area. I bought a nice Manufactured Home at Rock River Estates and moved - "bag and baggage". I was able to bring along my Medical Transcriptionist job from Florida and, since August, I have been working at the Sterling-Rock Falls Clinic in Transcription. I really enjoy it and work with a great group of ladies. We have already had 12 inches of snow on December 1st and I told everyone to blame me for moving back!! I have been gone for 20 years and the Winter was one of the things I did not miss! But it wasn't so bad. I did miss one day of ...Expand for more
work, though. Just about everyone did! I have also started being an independent consultant with the Pampered Chef, doing home kitchen shows and cooking and demonstrating all the tools and other items that they have to offer. I really enjoy it alot. Then, in my "spare" time I decorate cakes. I really enjoy this but will not do it for a business because then it would be "WORK"! I did go to the reunion in July and enjoyed seeing everyone again. It is amazing how many live here and I never seem to see them (even at WalMart!). Drop me a line and let me know how you are!
