Patricia's Story
Life
Just working hard in a very rewarding career. I love my job and I feel very blessed to be able to be where I am right now.
College
I started my college years at the University of Northern Colorado on a President's Honor Scholarship. I transferred to Metropolitan State College to pursue a degree in Accounting. ve Education Program. I graduated in 1989 (I took a year off to get a taste of life) and continued my employment with BOR.
Workplace
I currently run the Anti-Money Laundering Program (BSA) with the Internal Revenue Service for Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah and Montana. My experience includes managing groups on the west coast and audits of tribal casinos. I have been with IRS for more than 14 years with over 22 years total government service.
