Life Patrick currently lives and practices patent law in Seattle. Completely Honest and Unbiased Description of Self: Despite the continued encouragement of those around him to see things otherwise, Patrick clearly sees himself as a swashbuckling renaissance man with a proclivity for adventure, ably combining an electric mix of unbridled athleticism, dazzling good-looks, keen intellect, trendsetting style, infectious charm, and brazen modesty. Important Skills and Work Experience: One must have a full arsenal of useful and relevant skills and experiences to draw upon in order to rise above mediocrity. Over the years, Patrick has spent many hours practicing his moves and honing his skills to better himself and the community in many ways. Although his list of current skills is vast, some highlights may include being a self-proclaimed guitar virtuoso, a no-nonsense political analyst, an armchair urban planner, a cook of incomparable magnitude (in quality, not size), a self-sufficient maintenance guy, a salsa connoisseur, and an immensely-biased movie, art, music and restaurant critic. Many of the current skills listed above were not learned overnight. Such skills took time and commitment to cultivate. Patrick learned these skills over time by participating in a diverse series of former activities, both professional and recreational, which pushed Patrick to new limits mentally, physically, and emotionally. Although many former activities could not be mentioned for the sake of brevity, a few very important exemplary activities are herein provided, including hair modeling, endurance bicycle riding, volunteer fire fighting, disc jockeying, landscaping, day-laboring, bartending, painting, waiting tables, working security, video-store clerking, ushering, shopping-cart wrangling…and, of course, practicing patent law.
