Hello! I thought I would post a little something about myself. I graduated from the John A. Bishop elementary school in 1978, Henry Ottoson Jr. High in 1980 and Lexington Christian Academy in 1984. After High School, I attended Northeastern University (Burlington Mass campus) but bombed out after 1 semester. I finished out the academic year at Newman Preparatory in Boston and in the fall, I enrolled at Wentworth Institute of Technology where I graduated in 1989 with a BSET. My goal was to become an electrical engineer and work for Boston Edison. I went for several interviews, but nothing panned out. Then in April of 1990, I interviewed for a position at a telecommunications company named Allnet Communication Services. I was one of two people who interviewed for the job. I landed it because I was able to start right away. 19 years later, I'm still employed by the same company (but we underwent two mergers. The name changed from Allnet Communication Services to Frontier Communications to the current name Global Crossing). My job was to install our telephone equipment in the offices of customers who requested it. After 6 months, the position was eliminated....Expand for more
